The international seminar on Smart City – Smart Building and Schneider Electric’s Smart Office – Green Building visit in Singapore has ended successfully. With more than 2000 international visitors gathered at the lion island nation’s largest event center, Marina Bay Sand, spoke about the scale and nature of the seminar. As the most important annual activity of the year, Schneider has made a meticulous preparation with the desire to introduce to the world the most up-to-date technology products. It was the 3rd consecutive time I participated, each year left a strong impression on me about the company’s transformation which is concretized by the product.

Digital – this year’s theme is also really impressive. In this era, whoever knows the data, he owns the game. Data is the most important thing in all aspects of life and Digitalize is a way of owning data. A series of new technologies such as AI, Blockchain, Big Data, … are also aimed at optimizing and benefiting data, in addition to a number of technologies to encrypt and secure data. The real battle is going on at the top layer where data is collected, stored, preserved, and optimized. From this perspective I see Schneider having a good strategy to lead the market.

Specifically in the field of buildings, with the completion and launch of a series of applications, applications for research and data analysis, for example Building Advisor, Power Advisor, Resource Advisor, Workplace Advisor, … Schneider has truly IoTized all the technology solutions in the building that the company provides, for example BMS, ISS (AccessExpert, CCTV, Intrusion), Lighting Control, Energy Management System, Smart Healthcare, Smart Ofice, Smart Hotel – RCU , Smart Comunity / Smart Home, … Turn each building into a living entity with electronic indicators and medical records that are monitored 24/7. BMS has been redefined in narrow vertical markets, for example Office, Hotel & Resort, Healthcare, Apartment, Supermarket / Shopping Center, Data Center … to ensure that the solution is suitable for each type of project. Another interesting point is that all Schneider software applications for many different fields can be integrated transparently to share data with each other through an internal data portal (Web Service).

The next step, bringing technology closer to life is our mission. Investors, consultants & contractors will be the pioneers in accessing these new technologies. The next period will be my favorite days, because anyway, I would love to share, exchange, and learn together the new and most useful technologies.
